I'm not sure if this is the right place for these sources, but here goes:

For RF connectors and cable:

For raw hardware/materials when wishing to build your own enclosures, fixtures and frames:

Granted, all these companies generally cost top dollar, but they are the companies which commercial companies and the government use when making RF electronics equipment and circuitry and they carry the best stuff. They say you get what you pay for, and with these sources, you get the best availible.
