They are a division of Aiptek and sell refurbished Aiptek pencams at $9 apiece. Aiptek's own site (Aiptek.com) sells them for $9.99 apiece. I purchased 2 $9 Aiptek Pencams and to get a normal UPS ground shipping, the price was almost $10. Doing some simple math, I have just ordered 2 video-capable cams for under $30.
