What is difference between these two types of cameras? Can any body tell me? I am new to these types of cameras? Please explain in detail. Somebody told me that 3CCD cameras work like an eye, they can take a pic at night too like in day!

high quality cam:3 CCD= one ccd for blue one for red one for green color. Normally only one CCd is use and a grid is place in front of the ccd with tiny green blue red filter in front of each pixel.

The cam si not more sensitive in the night for that reason. Your friends talk about another kind of camera, they are highly sensible and can see better than our eyes in the dark.

3CCD cameras have better color rendering, higher sensitivity and better overall quality. All high-end camcorders are using that technology.
