Hi !!!

In range video says that the systems of 900 mhz do not interfere with the rc equipment, is it true?

Which are the advantages and disadvantages of using 900 mhz?

Actually, over the years there have been several reports of 900 MHz video equipment interfering with standard R/C gear. Some users even went to 2.4Ghz to avoid it (2.4Ghz seems to be less likely to cause R/C interference).

Not everyone experiences R/C interference. Basically, it all boils down to the installation. Just keep the R/C components and wiring far from the video gear and do not share a common battery. If that does not help, then you'll need to consider changing your equipment or operating freq.

With the introduction of the 2.4Ghz Spread Spectrum R/C systems, I suspect that 900 Mhz video systems will be preferred over the 2.4Ghz versions.

Keep in mind that the RF path losses and multipathing is even worse at 5Ghz. I don't think it will be practical for our mobile video app.
