tomer_inbar 0
Hey there! I will buy EasyStar soon, I will assemble FPV equipment. What is the best combination between brushless and prop that will give the best long range flight and stay in the air? *I don't have anything for now, just searching. Mr.RC-Cam 129
There are a few discussions about motor/prop choices at rcgroups.com.
headhunter23 0
Just get a motor and prop that pull the same amps or less than stock. Stock pulls about 50 watts. my 1200rpm/kv 13 amp motor pulls 5.2-5.4 watts sitting on the table with wattmeter on 11.1v(54watts), at 7.4v it pulls 30 watts. I think on 30 watts you can get it to fly with 2400mah, tx and 171 camera. But I haven't tried it. I can get half an hour easy both powering and gliding with power to spare off one 1200mah battery, I pack two in the plane so really I can get a full hour... easystar glides real nice, barely have to touch controls, seems setup really nice.
