Battery for a 900Mhz Reciever...

Anyone know where I can get a small 3.7v 850mah Li-Poly battery for a 900mHz receiver? Can't (of course) get any answers from the distributor. Trying a small Nokia phone battery (very similar) but not sure yet if it works.

If you need 3.7V / 850mAH then a Nokia pack with that rating should work. I'm curious, what 900MHz receiver uses a single 3.7V LiPO?
