Terry 5
Well looks like I have another little job to do. I converted my TX to lipo with one of the many batteries that are now sold for the purpose but the low batt warning is not adjustable on my TX Dose anyone know if a hack or add on board is availible to allow set the correct warning voltage when a lipo is fitted? Or is it a DIY job? Terry
Mr.RC-Cam 129
This may be wishful thinking, but if you can find instructions for accessing the service menu you should be able to recalibrate the battery alarm there.
Terry 5
I went for the quick fix and fitted a couple of diodes to drop the voltage so that the low voltage cut off point is further up the discharge curve. Terry
Mr.RC-Cam 129
Good idea. In your situation the reduced voltage is probably the best way to do it.
